It does not exist if you do not believe in it. If it is all in the mind, in the heart, in the individual perception—then how isn’t that true?

If you believe in miracles, you will see miracles unfurl around you.

If you believe in kindness, you will feel compassion spreading majestically in the smallest of things with the greatest of meanings.

If you believe in evil, you will be able to spot its bitter glint in the ill-meaning eyes and words flanking you on your life’s path.

If you believe you’re stuck in a rut, you will there remain, not even aspiring enough to lift your head and spot the flaming hope of the stars.

If you believe your thoughts can change your life, your life will change.

If you practice fear, your fear of suffering and loss will amplify the actuality—or possibility—of those conditions.

If you practice unconditional love, you will feel it channeled right back at you; for like attracts like—and love absolutely magnifies love.

If you believe in a higher power, you open your ears to its wisdom and your heart to its energy.

Anything is real because you have given it reality. It is only real because you believe in it.
