Sea of Soul

When you’re tossed around at the mercy of a sea that has no soul, you can’t hope for any salvation. When you believe, however—when you can convince yourself to believe, that is—in a sea of deeper meanings, undulations of fate and causality and even emotion, then there is a reasonto keep fighting to keep your head in the air. There’s a reason to pummel the waves that are clutching at you—not to consume you, perhaps, but to test you, to merely challenge you. If you can grasp the concept that everything happens for a reason—but that you can grab fate by the horns and ride it along the path you seek and find—then you will accept the inevitable and fight to define the inevitable. An inevitability that must exist… its existence is inevitable… but can exist on your own terms, at last.
