He Said:
The moment I read the postcard above I felt very guilty for keeping a secret from a loved one. However, while honesty is the best policy, sometimes I really do believe the things you don’t know won’t hurt you.
Unfortunately in this day and age, the way information spreads, be it via gossip, social networks, text messages or emails – keeping people out of the know is very hard. So this morning I’ve decided to share this secret with a loved one. If I don’t post tomorrow, it means she didn’t take it very well and I find it to painful to type.
She Said:
When someone winks on TV, I must wink back. I like to put ketchup on my spaghetti. I don’t like cyclists or pensioners. I have a crush on my married boss. No, I don’t think all babies are cute, some are definitely ugly. I don’t always mean it when I say, I love you, you look good or I like your shoes. Sometimes I think your shoes are hideous – I’m just sucking up (so you like me). I have a burning desire to be liked. And big is not beautiful. Stop eating. Go on a diet. I wasn’t sad when Michael Jackson died, even though I said I was and I have passed off takeaway as my special homemade cooking. Those are just some of the uncensored thoughts that meander through my warped mind… What’s your secret? I promise not to tell…
